Ascend is for students who want serious summer training, daily coaching, and a practical bridge toward deeper year-round work.

If you’re looking for casual summer enrichment or a beginner introduction, this is not the right fit — try Summer Camp instead.
How the day is built
Ascend runs in the same shape used during the academic year: core technique, physical development, and focused coached training.
- Core technique: handstands, tumbling, strength & mobility — coached as a group and scaled to the student.
- Self-training time in the fully equipped facility at 28 Eliot Street.
This is the same approach Mastery students train under all year — built for steady technical progress, not a summer skill collection.
