Our policies

Please take a moment to look over our policies. These policies help us to maintain an organized, peaceful, and positive experience for all customers.

CLASS POLICY

• Class Refund/ Make-Up Policy: Once the session starts, No refunds or make ups are given for classes if you can not attend.
• If a student decides to withdraw from an entire session after registering but before the first Monday of the session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. After the first Monday of the session, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions may be considered for new injuries or extraordinary circumstances, provided that the student promptly contacts EAC via email to request a refund. All exceptions are subject to the discretion of EAC management.
• If a student wants to drop-in available classes, registration is required through the website 24 hours before the start of class. No refunds nor credit is given if you can not attend.

FULL TIME/PART TIME PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM POLICY

• No refunds are given if you can not attend or drop out of the program
• Late payments will incur a fee of $100 per week overdue.

CLOTHING POLICY

• Please wearcomfortable athletic clothing, remove jewelry, and if you have ballet slippers or tumbling shoes, please get in the habit of bringing them.

CLOSURE POLICY:

• Inclement Weather Closures Policy: In the event that EAC cancels a class or camp due to inclement weather, parents and students will be notified by email 1.5 hours prior to the start time. If a one-time camp is canceled, credits will be issued. If a recurring class is canceled, there are no makeups.

BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY:

• Birthday Party Policy Refund Policy: Once you reserve a birthday party and pay the deposit there are NO refunds. We will however try to accommodate you and change the date if we have availability.

CAMP POLICY:

• Camp Days/Weeks Make-Up Policy: Eastern Acrobatics does not offer make-up days or refunds for missed camp days or weeks. If a participant is absent from a camp day/week, the tuition for the camp day/week is forfeited.

We believe that, above all else, circus arts should be joyful and inspiring for everyone involved. At our circus school, we’ve crafted an energetic and welcoming environment where students of all ages can challenge themselves, build new friendships, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
